Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within sustainable or ethical business sectors
- Strong understanding of franchising, chain development, and sustainable business models
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for environmental sustainability and social responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
