Position Available: Beverage Experience Specialist

As a Beverage Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers. You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and passion for high-quality beverages in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve providing guidance on product selection and offering recommendations tailored to our customers' preferences.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations
Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and respectful atmosphere in our retail environment
Stay informed about the latest trends in beverage offerings and share industry insights with customers and team members
Collaborate with the team to ensure the store is well-maintained and that products are effectively showcased
Actively participate in promoting responsible beverage choices and adherence to local regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality or beverage industry
A genuine interest in and knowledge of a wide range of beverages, including wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic options
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and a desire to create memorable experiences for our customers
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture
Proficiency in Swedish and English is preferred
