As a Technology Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of technological advancement within the arts and cultural services sector.

Responsibilities:

Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance our service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions into our existing systems
Provide technical expertise to support the development of new digital initiatives
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to recommend and implement improvements
Train and educate staff on new technologies and system upgrades
Conduct regular system maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues
Participate in strategic planning related to technology integration and innovation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in technology integration, preferably within the arts and cultural sector
Demonstrated ability to assess, recommend, and implement technological solutions
Strong project management skills and the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passionate about fostering creativity and innovation through technology
Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage
