Job Summary:
- Effectively manage and optimize the operational performance of a network of locations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Provide leadership and guidance to site managers to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals
