About the Role

As a Legal Compliance Specialist at Nyköpings Lekland, you will play a key role in managing legal affairs and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that align with legal standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular assessments to identify potential compliance risks
Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
Provide guidance and training to employees on legal matters
Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization's operations
Assist in internal investigations and audits
Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in legal compliance or a related field
Strong understanding of regulations and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
Fluency in both English and Swedish
