We are currently seeking a:

Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures comply with legal regulations and ethical standards.
Collaborate with various departments to monitor and enforce compliance programs.
Conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that impact the organization's operations.
Develop and implement compliance training for employees.
Support the maintenance of accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations and laws.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels of the organization.
Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
