Job Description:

We are looking for an individual experienced in interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, and developing compliance strategies. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all compliance matters within our client base, with a specific focus on the aviation/aerospace sector.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of industry-specific regulations, and the ability to communicate complex legal requirements effectively. Additionally, the Compliance and Regulation Manager will be involved in conducting internal audits, providing advice on compliance issues, and contributing to the development of internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in regulatory compliance management, particularly within the aviation/aerospace sector
Excellent knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
