Position: Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Role Overview:

We are in search of a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Specialist. Your primary responsibility will involve proactively ensuring that the organization adheres to all regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs and initiatives that reflect a clear commitment to social responsibility and environmental stewardship.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that affect the industry, communicating effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
Conduct risk assessments, evaluate compliance initiatives, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of governance practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal and ethical considerations are integrated into all aspects of our business operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field.
3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related area, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
Demonstrated understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, with an emphasis on corporate governance and environmental compliance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences.
A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving, demonstrating a keen ability to balance ethical concerns with business interests.
