Position Available: Mountain Experience Curator
Are you an individual with a passion for mountain sports and adventure? Cable Car Lech-Zürs is seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Mountain Experience Curator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for curating and enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring that every visitor to our resort has an unforgettable, adventure-filled journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative outdoor activities tailored to our guests, incorporating the thrill of mountain sports with entertainment and adventure
- Create and manage partnerships with sporting equipment suppliers and adventure experience providers to offer a unique and diverse range of activities
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote and enhance the resort's adventure offerings through various channels
- Continuously seek out opportunities to introduce new and exciting adventure experiences that set our resort apart from others in the region
- Ensure the seamless operation and safety of all mountain experience activities
Requirements:
- Prior experience in outdoor sports, adventure tourism, or related fields
- Strong creative and innovative mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as German or French would be an advantage)
