Position Available: Mountain Experience Curator

Are you an individual with a passion for mountain sports and adventure? Cable Car Lech-Zürs is seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Mountain Experience Curator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for curating and enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring that every visitor to our resort has an unforgettable, adventure-filled journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative outdoor activities tailored to our guests, incorporating the thrill of mountain sports with entertainment and adventure
Create and manage partnerships with sporting equipment suppliers and adventure experience providers to offer a unique and diverse range of activities
Work closely with the marketing team to promote and enhance the resort's adventure offerings through various channels
Continuously seek out opportunities to introduce new and exciting adventure experiences that set our resort apart from others in the region
Ensure the seamless operation and safety of all mountain experience activities

Requirements:

Prior experience in outdoor sports, adventure tourism, or related fields
Strong creative and innovative mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Fluency in English (additional languages such as German or French would be an advantage)
