In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and development of our regional network, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring the success of our business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth within the region
Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures
Oversee the execution of marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to maximize franchisee performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a franchise or chain industry
Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and achieving KPIs
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Fluency in Spanish and English
