We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team in the role of Cultural Events Coordinator at the Adriatic Coastal Cleanup Foundation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our diverse and inclusive environment, promoting cultural exchange through engaging events and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute cultural events that celebrate diversity and foster inclusivity
- Collaborate with local communities and organizations to create engaging and impactful cultural experiences
- Coordinate with artists, performers, and speakers to curate enriching and entertaining programs
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, and budgeting
- Promote events through effective marketing strategies and social media outreach
- Evaluate event success and gather feedback to continuously improve future cultural initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably within a diverse cultural context
- Strong understanding and appreciation of different cultural traditions and customs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences
- Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
- Passion for promoting inclusivity and fostering positive cultural exchange
- Proficiency in Italian language is an advantage
