Your Role:
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced production processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance our production capabilities
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify opportunities for process enhancement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in process engineering within a high-tech manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant technical tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive results in a collaborative environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
