Your Role:

Lead the design and implementation of advanced production processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality
Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance our production capabilities
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
Conduct thorough analysis to identify opportunities for process enhancement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in process engineering within a high-tech manufacturing environment
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant technical tools
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive results in a collaborative environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
