As an International Business Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of expanding our outreach and engagement on a global scale.

Role and Responsibilities:

Identify and develop business opportunities with international partners
Execute strategic plans to grow the organization's global presence
Forge strong relationships with stakeholders across the world to facilitate business expansion
Conduct market research to identify new potential markets and trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of global business initiatives
Participate in trade shows, events, and conferences to represent the organization and build international networks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field
Demonstrated experience in global business development or international sales
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to thrive in a cross-cultural business environment
Understanding of international trade regulations and market dynamics
Fluency in a second language is a plus
