Flight Systems Manager

Rowan University is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our cutting-edge aviation technology team. As a Flight Systems Manager, you will oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of innovative flight systems and technologies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and performance.

Responsibilities:

Manage the design and implementation of advanced flight control systems
Oversee the integration of state-of-the-art avionics and navigational equipment
Lead the testing and validation of airborne communication systems
Collaborate with academic and industry partners on research projects
Conduct regular performance evaluations and recommend enhancements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred
Proven experience in aircraft systems engineering or related roles
Demonstrated expertise in avionics, flight controls, and navigation technologies
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices
