Fugro, a global leader in geotechnical, survey, subsea, and geoscience services, is seeking a highly skilled Spatial Data Analyst to join our team in Gelderland, Netherlands. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be at the forefront of transforming complex data into meaningful insights, driving improvements in project performance and client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Executing spatial data analysis to interpret geotechnical and environmental data
Developing algorithms to process and visualize complex spatial datasets
Contributing to the development of innovative data visualization tools
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
Delivering spatial analytical support for project planning and decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geoinformatics, Geomatics, Geography, or related field
Strong proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or FME
Experience with scripting languages (Python, R, etc.) for spatial data analysis
Excellent understanding of spatial databases and data management
Proven ability to communicate complex spatial data concepts effectively
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
