Responsibilities:
- Ensure legal compliance throughout the organization
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures
- Conduct internal audits to assess the adherence to legal guidelines
- Provide legal guidance to management and employees
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards
- Collaborate with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies
- Monitor and assess risk across all business areas
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in legal compliance, risk management, or related roles
