Job Title: Public Safety Operations Coordinator

Location: Satakunta Central Hospital

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our esteemed team as a Public Safety Operations Coordinator. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the security and well-being of the community while working alongside a team of passionate individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate security and emergency response operations within the hospital premises
Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure the protection of patients, staff, and visitors
Collaborate with external security agencies and law enforcement to optimize security protocols
Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for enhancing security measures
Manage and maintain security equipment and technology

Qualifications:

Proven experience in security, emergency response, or related field
Strong understanding of security protocols and emergency management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations
Proficiency in using security technology and systems
Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred
