Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate security and emergency response operations within the hospital premises
- Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure the protection of patients, staff, and visitors
- Collaborate with external security agencies and law enforcement to optimize security protocols
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for enhancing security measures
- Manage and maintain security equipment and technology
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in security, emergency response, or related field
- Strong understanding of security protocols and emergency management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in using security technology and systems
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred
