Bay Tek Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team in Wisconsin as an Animal Enrichment Solutions Specialist. As a leader in creating interactive experiences, we are dedicated to advancing the field of animal enrichment and wellness through innovative technologies and products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement state-of-the-art interactive enrichment solutions for animals.
- Collaborate with zoos, aquariums, and wildlife sanctuaries to understand their specific animal enrichment needs.
- Research and assess the latest advancements in animal behavior and psychology to inform product development.
- Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for clients on the effective use of our enrichment solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to our partners to ensure optimal utilization of our products.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement and improvement of existing animal enrichment technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Zoology, Biology, or Animal Behavior.
- Proven experience in creating enrichment environments for a variety of animals in captivity.
- Strong understanding of behavioral and psychological needs of animals in different environments.
- Proficiency in evaluating and integrating advanced technologies for animal well-being.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
