Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Hilton is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, based in Virginia. In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring our company's adherence to legal requirements and industry standards. You will work alongside our legal and regulatory teams to develop and implement compliance strategies, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular reviews of company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Providing guidance and support to various departments on legal and regulatory matters
- Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance training programs
- Conducting internal audits to assess adherence to regulatory requirements
- Assisting in the investigation and resolution of compliance issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related function
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
