Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate programs to enhance community engagement and participation
- Collaborate with local farmers and agricultural organizations to foster sustainable farming practices
- Organize events and workshops focused on rural development and agricultural education
- Assist in fundraising and grant application processes to support local initiatives
- Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders across the agricultural sector
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in community development, agriculture, rural studies, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in community outreach and project management
- Strong understanding of the agricultural landscape and rural community dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment
