Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their unique logistical needs and challenges
Develop and present comprehensive solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives
Work closely with our operations and logistics teams to coordinate and implement client solutions
Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions

Requirements:

Proven experience in client-facing roles or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
