Position: Sustainability and Innovation Specialist

Location: Pays de la Loire, France

We are seeking a Sustainability and Innovation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating sustainable practices with innovative design concepts, ensuring that our region's offerings align with environmentally conscious principles.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable strategies that enhance the overall tourist experience
Collaborate with local artisans and designers to create eco-friendly art installations and displays
Advise on the use of sustainable materials for promotional and informational materials
Initiate programs to educate visitors about the region's environmental significance and preservation efforts
Identify and evaluate new technologies that promote eco-friendly tourism
Work closely with local communities and businesses to promote sustainable practices

Requirements:

A background in environmental studies, sustainable design, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in project management with a focus on sustainability
An understanding of the tourism industry and a commitment to ethical and responsible travel
Excellent communication and networking skills
Passionate about driving positive environmental impact through creative and innovative solutions
