We're looking for a visionary Concept Development Specialist who possesses a unique ability to blend creativity with practicality.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop unique project ideas, integrating artful designs into construction landscapes
Champion the implementation of innovative solutions while ensuring design concepts align with project requirements
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging artistic movements for integration into projects
Drive the ideation process, from initial concepts to detailed design proposals

Requirements:

A comprehensive understanding of spatial design and construction principles
An exceptional eye for detail and an artistic sensibility combined with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and visualize concepts to diverse stakeholders and teams
Proficiency in design software and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
Relevant education or experience in architecture, engineering, or a related field
