We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join our team at the North Carolina High School Athletic Association as an Athletic Gear Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to high school athletic teams and coaches as they select the best equipment and gear for their players.
As an Athletic Gear Specialist, you will leverage your passion for sports and deep understanding of sports equipment to offer personalized recommendations and ensure that teams have access to top-quality gear that suits their specific needs. You will also build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to guarantee a diverse and high-quality selection of products in our inventory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and sales, with a focus on sports equipment and athletic gear. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to provide exceptional service are essential for success in this role. Additionally, knowledge of current trends and developments in athletic gear and a keen eye for quality and functionality will be highly valued.
