Here at the Sicilian Association for Disabled Persons, we are driven by a commitment to protect, empower, and promote the well-being of our fellow citizens. As such, we are in search of dedicated candidates to fill the role of Protective Services Coordinator.

Your Role:

Collaborate with community stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive protection strategies
Plan and execute security measures to ensure the safety and security of our members
Coordinate emergency response protocols, training, and drills
Advocate for the rights and accessibility of disabled individuals in all security matters
Stay abreast of current security trends and technologies to enhance our protective services

Your Profile:

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate
Empathy and understanding towards the needs of disabled individuals
Proficiency in risk management and crisis intervention
Ability to adapt and problem-solve in dynamic environments
