Job Title: Knowledge Navigator

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and mentorship to students with an interest in technological innovation, engineering, and scientific exploration.
Lead educational seminars and workshops that enlighten students about the wonders of flight, space exploration, and the aviation industry.
Collaborate with teachers and administrators to incorporate aerospace-related concepts into the curriculum, fostering a passion for aviation and space studies throughout the institution.
Act as a liaison with industry professionals and experts to bring real-world experiences and opportunities to the learning environment.
Encourage students to pursue careers and further education in fields related to aviation, space, and engineering.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in educational leadership or mentorship, preferably in a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) environment.
Strong understanding of aerospace principles and an enthusiasm for sharing this knowledge with others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative curriculum enhancements to promote aerospace education.
