Umbria Art Therapy Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Cultural Wellness Coordinator. Located in the heart of Italy's picturesque Umbria region, our center is committed to promoting well-being through art therapy while embracing a sustainable and socially responsible approach to tourism.

Position: Cultural Wellness Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Facilitate cultural wellness experiences for visitors, including art therapy sessions, guided nature walks, and cultural immersion activities
Coordinate with local artisans, cultural experts, and wellness practitioners to create meaningful and authentic experiences for our guests
Develop and implement sustainable tourism initiatives that minimize environmental impact and support local conservation efforts
Collaborate with the community to promote cultural exchange and social responsibility
Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources promoting art therapy and cultural well-being
Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling, guest services, and program coordination

Qualifications:

Passion for promoting cultural well-being and sustainable tourism
Experience in art therapy, cultural wellness, or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Commitment to environmental conservation and social responsibility
Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
