Position Available: Community Growth Specialist
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated individual to join the Hancock County Board of Education as a Community Growth Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with local agricultural and rural communities to develop and implement strategies for sustainable growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local farmers and agricultural organizations to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies
- Provide support and resources for rural development initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for community members
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of agricultural and rural development programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Rural Studies, Community Development, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in community outreach and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of agricultural and rural issues
- Passion for sustainable community growth and development
