Position Available: Community Growth Specialist

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated individual to join the Hancock County Board of Education as a Community Growth Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with local agricultural and rural communities to develop and implement strategies for sustainable growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with local farmers and agricultural organizations to identify growth opportunities
Develop and execute community engagement strategies
Provide support and resources for rural development initiatives
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for community members
Monitor and evaluate the impact of agricultural and rural development programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Rural Studies, Community Development, or related field
Demonstrated experience in community outreach and development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Understanding of agricultural and rural issues
Passion for sustainable community growth and development
