Fels-Werke GmbH is seeking a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team as a Sustainable Outreach Coordinator. In this position, you will play a key role in fostering community engagement and promoting sustainable practices within our organization and the local community at large.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute community outreach programs that emphasize sustainable initiatives and environmental awareness.
Collaborate with local organizations and authorities to support and implement sustainable development projects.
Create and oversee communication strategies focused on promoting our company's commitment to environmental responsibility.
Coordinate educational workshops and events to engage the community in environmental issues and sustainable living practices.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of outreach initiatives, measuring their impact on community engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Public Relations, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in community outreach, project management, or related areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Passion for environmental sustainability and a deep understanding of current environmental challenges and opportunities.
Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
