Position Overview:

As a Technology Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of our technological advancements. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that will streamline our real estate processes and elevate our client services. Collaborating closely with our IT teams and business stakeholders, you will lead the charge in enhancing our technological infrastructure and ensuring our systems remain innovative and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain architectural solutions for our real estate technology platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and system designs
Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives
Conduct technical evaluations, propose recommendations, and drive implementation of new technologies
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform decision-making
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in software development and system design
Expertise in architecting enterprise-level solutions and platforms
Proficiency in cloud technologies and microservices architecture
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, agile environment and drive innovative solutions
