Position: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to spearhead our legal initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance standards, and implementing strategies to mitigate risk exposure. Your expertise will be pivotal in navigating the complex legal framework of the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpreting and applying regulatory guidelines and mandates
Developing and enforcing internal compliance policies
Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and audits
Collaborating with legal and operational teams to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations
Contributing to the development and enhancement of compliance procedures
Monitoring changes in regulatory requirements and promptly implementing necessary adjustments

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field
Proven experience (at least 5 years) in regulatory compliance within the insurance or financial industry
Sound knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) are a plus
