As the Director of Athlete Development, you will spearhead our efforts to cultivate and enhance the skills of talented individuals within the realm of competitive sports and performance excellence.

Your responsibilities will include devising innovative training programs, overseeing the development of athletes, and collaborating with coaches and staff to create a nurturing and high-performance environment. You will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing promising talent, thus amplifying NEVI's impact within the sports community.
