Manitoba Arts Council is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Cultural Enrichment Coordinator. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering community engagement, promoting cultural diversity, and coordinating events that celebrate a wide range of artistic expressions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the vibrant arts landscape in Manitoba and make a meaningful impact on our community.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement initiatives to support cultural inclusivity and diversity awareness
Collaborate with local artists and community groups to organize multicultural arts events
Foster partnerships with diverse cultural organizations and stakeholders to enhance community involvement
Facilitate workshops and educational programs focused on multicultural arts and traditions
Contribute to the development of funding opportunities for multicultural arts projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, Arts Administration, or related field
Demonstrated experience in event coordination or community engagement
Strong understanding of multiculturalism and its impact on the arts community
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration
Passion for promoting diversity and inclusivity in the arts
