Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize aviation resources for medical transport
Oversee and coordinate aviation operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of aviation services
Monitor and assess performance metrics, proposing and implementing improvements
Identify emerging technologies and trends to innovate aviation services within the healthcare sector
Manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating terms and ensuring service quality
Provide leadership and mentorship to aviation personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and continual improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in aviation operations or management, preferably within the healthcare or emergency services sector
Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, safety standards, and industry best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic planning and innovation
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of leading successful cross-functional initiatives
