Position: Public Sector Innovation Specialist

Job Description:

Collaborate with government agencies and non-profit organizations to identify areas for technological advancement and improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance public sector operations through the integration of technology and innovation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of modern solutions for public service delivery.
Research and analyze current trends and best practices within the public sector to propose innovative initiatives.
Assist in the planning and execution of pilot projects to test new technologies and processes.
Evaluate the impact of innovations on public policy, governance, and citizen engagement.
Advocate for the integration of sustainable and inclusive practices in government and non-profit operations.
Participate in public speaking engagements and workshops to promote the benefits of technological advancements in the public sector.
Contribute to the development of grant proposals and funding applications to support technological initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Information Technology, or a related field.
Previous experience in the public sector, government agencies, or non-profit organizations is highly desirable.
Demonstrated understanding of public service delivery mechanisms and governance structures.
Proven track record in project management and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to varied audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges inherent in public sector innovation.
Passion for driving positive change and a commitment to advancing public service effectiveness.
Proficiency in French and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
