As part of our vibrant and collaborative environment, we are looking for a Wellness Program Coordinator who will be responsible for leading our initiatives aimed at promoting physical activity, wellness, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health promotion, with the ability to create and implement engaging programs that inspire a culture of fitness and well-being. As the Wellness Program Coordinator, you will collaborate with a diverse team, work closely with faculty and staff, and establish relationships with external partners to create a comprehensive approach to health and vitality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee innovative wellness programs that cater to the diverse needs of our community.
- Coordinate fitness events, workshops, and activities to encourage participation and foster a sense of community.
- Provide leadership and guidance to students, faculty, and staff in promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with local organizations to expand opportunities for physical activity and wellness outreach.
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements for an enhanced experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in program coordination or related roles within the health and wellness sector.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse groups.
- Passion for fostering a culture of health, fitness, and well-being.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to work within a team-oriented environment.
