We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Director of Guest Services. This integral position will be responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of an unparalleled guest experience at Förderverein Zoo der Minis e.V.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, customer service, and event coordination. They will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for all our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and satisfaction
- Manage the guest services team to ensure optimal customer service at all touchpoints
- Oversee the planning and execution of special events and promotions
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain consistent and high-quality service standards
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven experience in guest services management or related roles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
