We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Financial Reward Specialist at Matungu Community Development Charity. This role is integral to supporting our commitment to the economic growth and stability of the Western region in Kenya.

As a Financial Reward Specialist, you will be responsible for curating and implementing strategies that recognize, reward, and retain top talent within our organization. Your expertise will enhance our ability to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional professionals. This role requires a keen understanding of financial incentives, benefits management, and performance-linked rewards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quantitative analysis, financial planning, and risk assessment. You should have a proven track record of developing and administering competitive compensation packages, bonus structures, and recognition programs. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our HR and finance departments to align our employee rewards with our organizational objectives.

Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as a deep understanding of regulatory compliance within the financial industry.
