As a Content Creation and Strategy Specialist, you will be at the forefront of crafting compelling narratives, generating captivating visual content, and strategically positioning our brand in the ever-evolving media landscape. Working closely with our marketing and communications team, you will actively contribute to our story, shaping it through innovative content strategies that leave a lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness
Create compelling multimedia content, including but not limited to captivating videos, visuals, and written pieces
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with brand objectives and marketing initiatives
Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to ensure relevance and resonance with target audiences
Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and maximize impact
Identify and leverage emerging platforms and technologies for content dissemination

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio showcasing impactful campaigns across various media channels
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate ideas into compelling content
Proficiency in digital media tools and platforms, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and adapting strategies to meet evolving market needs
Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Norwegian is a plus
