Responsibilities:

Champion and uphold the values of cultural diversity throughout all levels of the organization
Develop and implement strategies to create a more inclusive workplace culture
Collaborate with teams to integrate diverse perspectives into our sales and retail initiatives
Support and guide employees in understanding and respecting different cultural backgrounds
Plan and organize cultural awareness and diversity training programs
Act as a liaison between different cultural groups, fostering a supportive and unified atmosphere

Requirements:

Demonstrated passion for promoting cultural diversity and fostering inclusive environments
Proven experience in driving cultural diversity initiatives in a corporate or retail environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute diversity-focused strategies
Understanding of retail and sales dynamics, with an emphasis on leveraging cultural diversity to enhance business outcomes
Fluency in English and German is preferred
