As a Wellness Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a variety of wellness programs and events that promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute wellness programs, workshops, and events tailored to various age groups and interests
Collaborate with local fitness professionals, nutritionists, and health experts to create engaging and educational experiences
Lead fitness classes, guided nature walks, and outdoor activities to enhance physical well-being
Organize and promote community wellness challenges and recreational activities
Manage the schedule and logistics for wellness events, ensuring smooth operations and attendee satisfaction

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Recreation Management, or related field
Proven experience in program coordination, event planning, or community engagement
Passion for promoting health, wellness, and environmental stewardship
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
Familiarity with outdoor recreation, ecological principles, and sustainable living practices
