Job Description:

Design and implement performance enhancement programs tailored to individual athletes and teams.
Conduct assessments to analyze athletic performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with coaches and sports medicine professionals to optimize training regimens and injury prevention strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our approach to performance enhancement.
Utilize cutting-edge technology and methodology in developing innovative solutions for athletes' needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field.
Proven experience working with athletes in a performance enhancement capacity.
Strong understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and sports psychology.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with athletes, coaches, and other staff members.
Professional certification (e.g., CSCS, CES, or similar) is preferred.
