Responsibilities:

Develop and implement culturally relevant sales and marketing strategies
Lead initiatives to enhance cultural understanding within our retail environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diversity and inclusion into sales practices
Engage with diverse communities to build strong relationships and drive sales
Educate and train staff on cultural awareness and sensitivity in customer interactions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-facing role
Demonstrated understanding of multicultural markets and sales dynamics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace
Fluency in English and French; additional language skills are a plus
