Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement culturally relevant sales and marketing strategies
- Lead initiatives to enhance cultural understanding within our retail environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diversity and inclusion into sales practices
- Engage with diverse communities to build strong relationships and drive sales
- Educate and train staff on cultural awareness and sensitivity in customer interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-facing role
- Demonstrated understanding of multicultural markets and sales dynamics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace
- Fluency in English and French; additional language skills are a plus
