Grevenmacher Youth Foundation is seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Freight Operations Coordinator. This role plays a pivotal part in our organization, contributing directly to our mission of delivering excellence in goods management.

Your Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor the transportation of goods from origin to final destination
Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and accuracy
Manage documentation, including customs clearance and transportation-related paperwork
Communicate and collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
Analyze transportation costs and recommend cost-saving strategies

Your Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management or a related field
Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using transportation management systems and software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
