As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit to our beautiful state. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering insightful recommendations, and maintaining a deep knowledge of the local attractions and amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors
- Provide detailed information about local attractions, events, and accommodations
- Assist visitors with itinerary planning and recommendations
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and effectively
