This role will play a key part in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our local business network while upholding the values of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance business growth and customer experiences
Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain brand standards and operational excellence
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to drive sales and revenue
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to maximize brand visibility and impact
Provide guidance and support to franchisees for sustainable business development and smooth operations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate business performance across the network

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record in business development, franchise/chain management, or a similar role
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and business software
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish
