As a Professional Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for driving excellence in the enhancement of physical and mental performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing performance enhancement programs.
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to optimize individual and team performance.
- Collaborating with experts to develop cutting-edge performance solutions.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to individuals and groups.
- Delivering workshops and seminars on performance optimization.
- Contributing to the development of innovative research projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in performance enhancement, preferably in an elite sports environment.
- Strong understanding of human physiology and sports psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in relevant areas such as strength and conditioning, or nutrition, is a plus.
