Key Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with pet owners to provide tailored pet care solutions
Identifying opportunities to enhance the overall pet care experience through product knowledge and genuine care
Acting as a trusted advisor to pet owners, providing guidance on pet care and insurance options
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with a diverse range of individuals
Passion for animals and a genuine interest in improving the lives of pets and pet owners
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
