Appenzell Ausserrhoden Fine Arts Society is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Diversity and Inclusion Advocate. Our society values diversity, multiculturalism, and open-mindedness, and we are looking for someone who shares these core principles.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the inclusion and wellbeing of all sentient beings within our society.

2. Collaborate with local communities and organizations to promote awareness and understanding of the diverse needs of all living creatures.

3. Organize and lead educational workshops emphasizing respect and empathy towards all beings, fostering a culture of compassion and understanding.

4. Partner with artists, educators, and advocates to create platforms that amplify the voices of underrepresented living species, promoting their welfare and addressing relevant challenges.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated commitment to the welfare and ethical treatment of all creatures, aligned with our society's ethos.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse individuals and groups.

- Understanding of the importance of embracing cultural differences and promoting a harmonious coexistence among all beings.

- Proven ability to organize and execute initiatives to promote inclusivity and diversity.
