Position: Destination Development Strategist

We are seeking an enterprising individual to take on the role of Destination Development Strategist. In this position, you will leverage your creativity, analytical skills, and industry knowledge to identify new opportunities and partnerships, driving the strategic development of our tailored destination products and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on emerging travel trends and consumer behaviors to identify new market opportunities.
Collaborate with external partners and local stakeholders to develop and enhance unique destination experiences for our clients.
Create and execute innovative marketing strategies that elevate BCV's destination products and services.
Analyze performance metrics to ensure the continuous enhancement and optimization of our destination offerings.
Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring that our destination products comply with all relevant standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Proven experience in the tourism, hospitality, or related industry, with a keen understanding of destination development and consumer engagement.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, and drive projects from concept to implementation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and French (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).
A passion for client-centric solutions, coupled with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
